It gives us clean air, water, food, materials and space for recreation. Spending time in nature is good for our mental health. And if we do not take care of the planet, its climate and ecosystems, we undermine how our societies function, worsen our lives and, perhaps most directly, harm our own well-being. I go outside as much as I can for my health and well being. I think it's very important to be part of the Earth as you learn more about yourself in your own surroundings outside ... breathing, catching the sun rays, watching the skies move from north, south, east, and west... listening to the rain and becoming part of something spectacular on this Earth as you learn how every little thing is around you. From the biggest clouds to the smallest insects, we have been here for billions of years... isn't that amazing! Have you hugged a tree today? Be grateful for trees... without them we will not be here to breathe outside. Trees are our best friends!

outside ... catching the sun rays When outside I almost always wear a supervisor cap or a baseball cap. Don't want wrinkles or skin cancer.

Nothing wrong with wearing a cap to protect yourself. The sun is not as harmful as many think or believe. I have been laying out for years to catch some Vitamin D and grab me some tan or two. I especially do a lot of yard work/ cutting grass.
I love summer as you can do more in the summer/spring and sometimes even in the fall. I used to just stay inside the house all the time, but as I got older, I loved being outside more now.
