I found it interesting that most of us do not know how to eat according to our blood type.
Here is a good page to look into if you are interested... some might think it's a fad...I don't think so.
Your blood type is who you are and what you eat is very important! Not many people realize this, I didn't either for the longest time.
I am Blood type O and I just realized that I can't drink milk ( shocker ) now I know why... I do eat a lot of meats and it does well with me.
You can find out what you should eat and try it ... if you feel better ... then you will know!
There are some things I still eat that I know I shouldn't ...I am working on it by bettering myself according to my blood type.... It ain't easy
but I'm doing it! You can too!
