Slept continuously from 3 to 6 with the mask on until my wife woke me when leaving for work, since I have lots of things to do today. I may catnap later...

Restless night, had an unpleasant dream slept maybe 6.5 hours. Captha issues on another site, too many hoops to jump through so gave up trying to log on. Am in a lousy mood.  |

Napped for 15 minutes, feel a bit better. Back on my diet again as the weight has begun to creep back. My line in the sand is 130 pounds, whenever I get to that the dieting begins. Would like to be 120-122 but that is a dream.  |

The pain in my back has moved from the right to the left side, but I hope to get rid of it once I start the day and after the exercises.

I too woke up with a bit of a stiff back. I spend far too much time hunched over my pc's due to work and entertainment. I got 7 hours sleep, tried to get 8 but my body decided otherwise and I had to get out of bed. I solved that Captha issue on that other forum, I just don't log out anymore. I'm off to the clothing store to buy some new stuff, so am in a good mood about that. I like shopping....  |
