6.5 hours? wow... how do you do that? Not sure what you mean. what I mean is you slept 6.5 hours... I don't think I could do that. I mean I could if I had no choice. but anyways... I mean that in a good way

Not sure what you mean. what I mean is you slept 6.5 hours... I don't think I could do that. I often go on 5 hours sleep and at times even 2 or 3 hours a night. The way I try to compensate is to fall asleep during the day to get an extra hour if I can. Earlier this week I went grocery shopping and worked all day online on 2 hours sleep. It was not by choice but it is what it is. I average 6.5 hours a night, 7 hours is rare for me happens maybe once a month. Maybe twice a year I'll get 8 hours but it's too much for me, and I walk around like a zombie on sleeping pills and I can't wake up.

Goodness Gracious.... get some more sleep if you can. zzzzzz I guess if you are used to it, you become immune to it, I suppose!? I cant do it... I simply just can not, then again... I am not used to it. I don't think I ever recall sleeping less than I have to.

I don't think I ever recall sleeping less than I have to. Don't have much choice in the matter. I am under contract and have quotas to fill. I do very well on 6 hours sleep and have a lot of energy.

you must eat well and exercise a lot. I bet that has a lot to do with it, don't it? yes? we are certainly going off topic on this thread, lol. however, I'm the blame at least one of us is in the mood to wake up with 6 hours of sleep. I'm dead. lol

My back was bothering me last night, didn't get much sleep. I spend far too much time sitting in front of a pc. I'll be hitting the exercises hard today to try and compensate for all that sitting around that I do in order to make a living. I try my best to balance it all out.

I agree with that 100% Cuz it makes me feel better and I definitely have more energy!

I slept 6 hours last night which for me isn't bad. I prefer to get 6.5 and love it when I can get 7. But my body gets up when it wants to get up and that's that. So am in a reasonably good mood.

I feel like I can run 1 mile and back and call it a night. I have been busy today. SInce I am eating more healthy and doing more for myself... meaning moving about... I am getting my groove back! I'm actually in a good mood!
